Creosote

Creosote is the black, tarry, or flaky residue that builds up inside your chimney whenever you burn wood. It starts soft and sticky, then hardens into layers that can spark chimney fires if left unchecked. A Level 1 inspection we perform in Graham catches creosote before it becomes dangerous.

Flue
